What is the master code for the Hollon safe? ›

TO OPEN THE SAFE FOR THE FIRST TIME:

Enter preset factory code of *1234#. 2. Keypad should react with blue lights and chimes for a successful code entry. If red lights flash on keypad then an incorrect code was entered.

Hollon safes are top-of-the-line when it comes to strength and durability in construction. They conduct extensive product testing and rigid inspections before the Hollon name goes on any of the safes.

1: Press the button on the interior side of the door. 2: Enter a new code 1-8 digits long. 3: Press the # button to end the sequence. (* button is not used in this procedure) 4: Try your new code 3 times before closing the door.

The factory-set combination is 0-0-0. Push in the button at the bottom of the lock. While holding in the button, turn the dials to your new combination. Once the dials are set to your new combination, release the button.

Depending on the manufacturer and type of safe, you may be able to enter an override code, or your locksmith may be able to access a reset switch inside the safe with a special tool. If there is no way to override the code, you may be able to “bounce” the safe.
