What’s the QCard?

The QCard is QVC's credit card issued by Synchrony Bank. It makes shopping with us fast and easy. QCard holders get all these benefits:

Where can I use my QCard?

It's the quickest, easiest way to shop QVC, QVC outlet stores, QVC.com & zulily.com and offers a single line of credit.

Can I use my QCard at zulily?

Yes! The QCard can now be used at zulily.com. Also, take advantage of their Smart-pay option and get 3 Smart-pays on every item you purchase, except for gift cards.

How can I use my QCard at zulily?

If you’ve never shopped at zulily, you'll need to sign up as a member and enter your QCard information before making your first purchase. Your QCard information will be saved as a payment option for shopping at zulily.

Can I still use the Easy Pay Every Day benefit at zulily?

If you use your QCard at zulily, you can take advantage of the zulily Smart-pay option and get 3 Smart-pays on all purchases, except gift cards. For more information, click here.

Is Qcard a PayPal pay method?

No, currently the QCard is not available with the PayPal payment option.

QCard Special Financing

What's QCard Special Financing?

QCard Special Financing is a deferred interest financing option, allowing cardholders to purchase eligible items with their QCard and enjoy convenient monthly payments. Interest accrues during the promotional period. To avoid paying the accrued interest, the entire promotional purchase balance (including shipping & tax) must be paid in full by the end of the promotional period. Minimum monthly payments are required.

What's the difference between Easy Pay Every Day & QCard Special Financing?

Easy Pay Every Day is a great option to own now and pay monthly. You can select the Easy Pay option at checkout and spread your payments over 3 monthly installments billed to your QCard. All items. All the time. No minimum purchase. No extra charge. Excludes Gift Cards.

QCard Special Financing is offered on a select assortment of QVC products, allowing you to budget your payments over several months (minimum monthly payments required). And best of all, there are no interest charges when you pay your promotional balance in full within the promotional period. QCard Special Financing purchases cannot be combined with Easy Pay offers.

How does deferred interest financing on my QCard work?

When you make a purchase that qualifies for QCard Special Financing, interest charges are calculated and accrued each month from the date that you make your purchase. The accrued interest will be deferred until the end of the promotional period.

• If you pay off the entire promotional purchase balance before the end of the promotional period, you will not pay the accrued interest.
• If the entire promotional purchase balance is not paid in full by the end of the promotional period, you will be billed all of the accrued interest.

During the promotional period, your billing statement will include a Promotional Purchase Summary section that will provide the expiration date, interest accrued, and remaining promotional balance not yet paid.

What's my minimum payment?

With QCard Special Financing, your minimum payment due is dependent on multiple factors, including any existing balances and new purchases. Your statement will reflect the exact minimum payment due. For additional information, contact Synchrony Bank at 877-490-1787.

How do I avoid interest charges on my QCard Special Financing Purchases?

If you have items on QCard Special Financing, you must pay off the promotional balance in full by the end of the promotional period to avoid paying interest on the promotional purchase from the date of purchase.

How do I choose QCard Special Financing when making a purchase?

If QCard Special financing is available on a particular product, you'll see it indicated above the price on the product detail page, and it will be presented as one of the payment options during checkout.

If you call QVC, the customer service representative will let you know if QCard Special Financing is available on the item you're purchasing.

To take advantage of QCard Special Financing you must be a QCard holder.
