Visited this location tohandle some account changes and meet with Angel (Spectrum Associate) who was very professional and extremely courteous. Heexplained indetail what would bebest tofit myneeds and budget and made myexperience very pleasing. Ialso had the opportunity tomeet with Helen who was amazing aswell and was willing toassistme.

Grand street NYC lower east side site.
Most ofthe workers onthis site are just plain rude. Avoid coming here ifnecessary00

This location isawesome. Angel convinced meto sign upfor their mobile plan. Even thou ittook alittle longer because ofall the things Ineeded transferred, Angel made sure togo thru them with meand make sure everything went well. Heis very professional and funny and made mefeel like Iwas important. Ilove this place. All the workers there are always sowelcoming and professional. They always have asmile ontheir face and look like they all get along and work together very well. You don't see that very often inbusinesses. Manny the manager, Michael, Helen and another girl Ithink her name isAdalgisa are always onpoint. Igo there too much toknow their namelol. You guys keep doing your thing.… – show

theyre like acorporation that forgets where their money comes from. how many banks have you walked into with 6+ teller windows with only 1—2people workingit? well today this spectrum store, inthis grand complex with target and trader joes, has 6stations with only one worker. sowe made anappointment and were there ontime only tofind wehave towait online.eh? that part about where there money comes from… time ismoney, our time, our money. soi amcomplaining about the situation withthe person iwent there with only have the one worker manning the station stop doing whatever she was doing with the customers she was serving toask me“do ihave aproblem” isaid just keep pushing those buttons soyou can finish with your current case soyou can make uswhole. she kept focusing onmy private conversation and power tripping saying she doesnt have toserveme. ithink iwill gowith verizon, better technology albeit customer service can beannoying aswell… but with better technology and product you would have todeal with customer service less. They have great service but they can't let people keep ongoing store tostore getting there self installation kits atever store they have. Because someone ispossing assomeone else.plus running upthere bill bygetting high price cellphones off other people's accounts just because they look like them.knowing they always come inall full ofYankees stuff. But they didn't catch onwhen Istopped tosee ifit would help catch the other guy using myid's.

Clean well run store. You can pay your bill via anindoor kiosk orwirh astaff. The staff isextremely friendly and well versed inthe products. There isramp access and seating. I've gone in3times and never had towait longer than 10mins(at most) tobe helped. The tvand air conditioning certainly helped. This store was needed inthe community. You can drop off orpick upaccessories such asa remote control.

Stopped inhere recently toexchange some equipment. The LES location looks new-ish. You can pay bills here, switch equipment, change your service options, look atmobile coverage and more.
Went quickly and without issue--hardly any wait and itwas right after the workday…I expected itto beswamped. The location isclean, organized, and has plenty ofsitting room ifyou have towait. This will bemy go-to location inthe future bcother locations are definitely high traffic and busier.
