“Susie and Bre are fantastic! They have been cleaning my home for months and I couldn't be more pleased! I look forward to seeing them every other Wednesday. “I booked a cleaning for tomorrow June 8th at least 31/2-4weeks ago. They called last Friday and said we’re all set for tomorrow. I said it is not tomorrow it next Sat. the 8th. She apologized and I specifically asked if she was sure they can make it for Sat June 8th & the female (I think Liz) assured me. I also said they could come Friday June 7th & again , she reassured me that they could do Sat & she would call and confirm the day before. Today June 7th I get a call that they can not clean tomorrow (mind you.. this was a big spring clean$$$ and less than 24 hours before the time they were coming!!!). I am beyond upset as I had sustained a back injury & still can not do heavy cleaning at this time!!! I am having company on Sunday so this this extremely upsetting!!! No way to do business!!!”

“I hired Molly Maid for the first time to deep clean my kitchen and two bathrooms. The main part of the kitchen was done okay, but the floor at the corners of the refrigerator was still dirty. Also, the part of the kitchen where the table is was not even touched. There was debris under the table, so they didn't even vacuum let alone mop the floor. Tell me, how do you leave part of the kitchen dirty?? The shower doors in one bathroom were not cleaned. I would like to know Molly Maid's definition of a DEEP CLEAN. I will not be using this company again.”
