The Minnesota Twins will face the Pittsburgh Pirates on Friday, June 7 hoping to break their three-game losing streak.
The game is scheduled to start at 6:40 p.m. ET and will be broadcast exclusively on Apple TV+. Fans looking to watch this MLB game can do so with an Apple TV+ subscription. Apple TV+ offers a 7-day free trial for new users and is $9.99 a month afterward.
The game is not available on your local cable provider or MLB.TV. Instead, (teams playing) will be streamed exclusively on Apple TV+ as part of a Friday Night Baseball doubleheader.

The last three games the Twins lost were against the New York Yankees two of which were by 4 points. Minnesota is 33-29 overall and 17-16 on the road. The Twins rank ninth in the majors with 69 total home runs, averaging 1.1 per game. The matchup Friday is the first meeting of the season between the two clubs.
Pittsburgh has a 29-33 record overall and a 14-16 record in home games. The Pirates have a 12-7 record in games when they did not allow a home run. Ryan Jeffers leads the Twins with 12 home runs while slugging .511.

Apple TV+ joined the sports streaming world last season with a major broadcasting deal with Major League Baseball that includes a weekly Friday Night Baseball broadcast exclusively on the app’s platform. The deal was promoted as a step forward for MLB to try and reach a younger audience.
